Coca Cola Woods

Postby Deltamud77 » Mon Nov 21, 2011 4:36 pm

Anyone know anything about this place? Seems to be a duck hunting heaven of sorts. Read somewhere that the buyer (from Memphis) paid $8,000 per acre for it...insane.

Yea I wrote'em a check for it. I figure by the time the legal battle is over and they find out its not good, duck season will be over by then. I figure one season in that place is worth 6 months in jail for a bad check.

For that place, 8k per acre is a steal. If you have those kinds if means.

There's not many places in america where you can go and kill a limit of ducks with your bow every day!

Been there, Seen that, Know the family who bought it. Yes, it's WELL WORTH THE MONEY they paid for it. FYI $8K/acre is about what good farm/duck land is going for around Stuttgart and its surrounding region.
