Are you day trading or in for a long haul. I got some good ones but it
Depends on what your in for. Day trade
On a down market look at SRS or EDZ both do good on a down day. If your in for the long haul go with BIDU or if you have the money go with CAT or Apple or even PCLN

These are long haul picks for me not daily or weekly gainers. Just a little dividend protection to go with the appreciation. I think the regional banks, Rnst especially is suited to weather this. Not so sure on BAC and C until they drop some more. I liquidated my C after the reverse split. I like callon also if it gets to 5 or below for a short term play. Think Regions has trouble but around $4 it has some room to make some $$ in the short term if Europe does not melt or BAC and C fold which I don't think they will , being they made it through 08. This is long term or short term. Just looking for other input.

Buyers market right now, wish i had more cash. A few that i like longer term

apple- long term, no div, but i feel its a $500 stock end of 2012 early 2013
Kinder Morgan Energy Partners - great yield after this recent correction
Johnson Controls- really like the direction of this big guy, and the recent price drops did not match up with their latest guidance.
OIL etf - tracks the price of oil which i feel is easily $100 a barrel at some point in the next year, sell it when oil hits $100 again and your looking at almost 25% over today

Shorter term/ speculative- not for the weak of heart
Whiting Petroleum and Abraxas Petroleum - unconventional shale play E&P, remains to be seen but this market seems to be the future of domestic oil and gas, would hope for a significant buyout of either one's acreage
Carbo Ceramics
IPG Photonics
Intuitive Surgical
3D systems corp
ABV

That is ten (or 11 if you bought both E&P's), I'll stop there for now. these fit my current investing strategy
