So I guess all I need is another couple hundred million and I can hunt at a place like that?

Having had only a handful of "good" flooded timber hunts in my life growing up were trees are a dying breed, that is absolutley incredible. I don't know that I have seen footage much better of ducks working in timber.

They very well could have the same kind of hunting but also things to consider is location and crop production around a certain area...It would help if this CRP/WRP area was located within a good flyway and located around farms that provide waste grain for ducks...remember food and water! A lot of the big GTR clubs in Ark practice excellent management and do not over pressure the ducks (no shooting after 10, resting areas, planting additional crops in woods etc.) These clubs are also situated in excellent flyways where there is an abundance of natural water and waste grain from crops
