I never have figured out how you fellas get all those rods in the water without tangling them every single time... Granted I've never done it to experiment but it just looks like a cluster "@#$%#" waiting to happen.

Oh you will get a tangle or two but when you start puling up those fat black paper mouth SOB's you can work through it. We went trolling bout 3 weeks ago, it was cold as a witchs breast and caught 23 in 3 hours. Not great but for the temp and time of year I was imppressed. I just hope all the snow run off don't screw up the spawn this year. Can't wait till my weekend off for spring break to get up in the trees and pull out those 2lb slabs.
Damn, i thought I had that one

This was a pic from a few weeks ago ended up keeping around 17. I haven't been much this winter but I usually like to wax some ace in the winter on the crappie.
Dukmisr I am pushing jigs.
Aweyerman, it can and eventually will be a cluster "@#$%#" of epic proportions. You just get use to it, some never learn how to pay attention to rods and what their bait is doing. Therefore they stay hung up and catch fewer fish. It takes alot of concentration to do it effectively. But hey that's why I like it, you can get lost in it; especially when I figure em out and how they want it that day. Don't get me wrong I love jiggin' but I also love draggin' a filet through a pile of ketchup.

What's even worse is trying to slide up beside a spider-rigged boat to check a license.
I'm mounting a sickle bar on the side of my boat this year. One high-speed pass to clear the debris and I'll be able to idle right up beside you with ease.

Ive had fish on 4 at once and its a damn circus. However whats really fun is when you get a double, dad and I fished Wolf Lake several times this summer and caught more doubles than singles it seemed like. I believe when greenehadgrimreaper and I went we had several doubles as well
