spider rig for crappie

I am wanting to learn how to troll for crappie. I have a 6 rod holder. What is the best way that I can learn how to troll with jigs.

BnM and Wally Marshal both have DVD's on this but I find it better to learn via trail and error. Its really not that hard and its my favorite way of fishing.

Life is to short to only fish on weekends
