Friend's Little Grandson Want's a Pup

My friend is wanting a pup for his 3y/o grandson, only has a little $ 150 but wants the kiddo to grow up with a lab. If you know of anyone that has a good un for something close to that, needs to be gentle lab w/kid, even a young wash out could you let me know? Forgive me for posting in 2 places, just wanted it to be seen. Not looking for a stray - not for a little one.
