Terrible story and they have just increased the death toll from 16 to 20. Many folks missing.

That's horrible and sad for family and victims.....
The way they describe how the river stage drop several feet in a few minutes- that is typical of a dam breach. That must of been one hell of a thunderstorm in a tight confined watershed and channel. Sad,Sad,so sad........ :(

Man, I just keep thinking about my family camping on the Eleven Point last summer. We were several hundred yards from the river, but a jump in river levels like that would've swept us and lots of other folks down river just like these unfortunate folks.
