it was defiantely a big and powerful tornado. Ive never seen damage like that before. It absolutely destroyed all of the hardwoods on my place. I swear there aren't any trees left standing. It just sucks so bad when u put so much time into a place and in less than an hour all of your hard work is destroyed. Oh well I guess ill just have to wait till im about 70 to start seeing the hardwoods again....

Yazoo Duckman, between Yazoo and Satartia looks like a warzone. Especially up old hwy 3 and down ridge road. Destruction starts about the Valley Planting Co. gas tank on Hwy 3 and is bad all the way into town. Weve been down there taking trees out of follks houses all day.

Thank you guys who are helping your friends and fellow Yazooans. Wish I was there to help. Know several of the folks whose houses were destroyed. My heart aches for them. Takes me back to the Little Yazoo tornado that destroyed Bobby and Salliy's Grocery back when I was at Holmes (dark ages). Not nearly as bad as this one, though.

Take time to hug your loved ones...it only takes a moment.
