It looks like she's on the rise. It's going to be another year of pretty serious flooding it looks like. The runoff hasn't really begun.

It will crest 2 ft below flood stage on the 2nd apr. Any rain between now and then will add to the mayhem.

Watch the Ohio River- it influences Ms River. Also another tidbit of info for you weather and forcast buffs- 12 inches of snow on the ground equates to about an inch of runoff. So warm rain on existing snowpack= a lot a friggin water on it's way down. :D :D

Not much snow left up the Ohio valley, not sure about the Midwest

Reports I'm gettin is that most snow is gone already. This will really help in keeping the river down. Please God keep the river down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
