soak in PB blaster for a day or two, put the barrel in a vice preferably with wood blocks with a rond cut out to prevent marring and to get the best grip on the barrel. then take a very solid choke wrench a T handle one works best. you are going to want the barrel vertical so you can apply down pressure to the wrench, tap the barrel and wrench as you try to turn, usually works well on rusted in tubes, but if you swoll the choke tube, you might as well get ready to put some grunt into it and possibly buy another barrel.

+ 1 on putting heat to it. You can even use a hair dryer on as hot as it will go. Please use caution, i cannot find my disclaimer, but chit be careful. I'm not a professional.

Good luck, mine has been stuck in my gun for over 10 years and nobody can get it out. At least I got stuck with a full choke.

Heat up some oil and stick the barrel in it for 10 minutes.

I am not being a know it all but i cant imagine not being able to get it out. I work in an industrial setting and every now and then we have to cut something out but more often that not a little kroil and an air impact will get anything. Try kroil and heat. Should come right out.

I agree with you bigpoppa. I thought the same thing when mine got stuck last year. I let it soak in PB blaster and did everything I could think of except put heat to it. Didn't want to take that chance. Even took it to a gun smith. Needless to say it had to go back to the factory. They got it out somehow.
