Re: Bacon in Microwave
Or you could use my solution and get a griddle. I hate bacon that is burnt to a crisp in one spot and practically raw in another.

Bacon in the oven is also really good.

Re: Bacon in Microwave
I'll second the oven! But I prefer it out of the microwave. You just have to be sure to use one of those microwavable bacon trays that traps the grease, and babysit it till it's done. It can go from raw to pork rind in seconds!
Re: Bacon in Microwave
bacon tray. lay paper towels down on top then bacon the cover with paper towels. microwave it, depends on how many pieces as to how long.

Deep fry it. Thats how 99% of restaurants do it. Especailly if they dont have a convection oven.

Re: Bacon in Microwave
Just use the pre-cooked bacon made for the microwave. Zap it for a few seconds and you are good to go.

Re: Bacon in Microwave
I just put three paper towels on a plate, then the bacon on top of them and another paper towel on top of the bacon.
Depending how you like you bacon, I usually cook it one minute per slice. Sometimes I will take that figure and subtract out 30 seconds just to be safe in order not to over cook.
By far the easiest way to go.
