After the PARTY HUNTING TICKET I went to Wally World amd bought some cheap duck totes. Made some water proof tags to put each hunters name on. I hope this will help some of ya'll from getting a ticket wich I think is ridiculuos in the first place.

what, I musta missed something, a "party hunting ticket" how the heck did they prove that one, or can they? Heck the guys I hunt with don't have any names on our totes, but we know who's is who's, does that mean we can get a ticket for party hunting? We do a little guiding, too so I guess I'll have to educate my brethren about the strict enforcement of "party hunting", of course I don't do the guiding so they may already know about it.

You better have them seperated with names and adresses on each. We use to seperate them in the blind on totes. Without names on the totes you all get tickets for over the limit and party hunting

Two things to remember here guys. One: There is no such thing as a possesion limit on opening day. Two: They (game warden) doesn't have to prove anything; YOU do. In a hunting violation you are assumed guilty unless you can prove otherwise. It's the only way an officer can issue a ticket in the field. These guy's have a hard enough time as it is, with very little pay for what they have to put up with. Ignorance is no excuse!!!!!!!!!!
