Dear One Shot,

We are not poking fun about you losing your decoys and boat, but we all are quite confused as to why in the heck you would wait 9-10 months before posting on here? Perhaps next time, you could post on the DuckSouth Lost and Found forum - but don't wait a year!!!

By the way, yes, my black sock had the gold stitching along the toe line...I think it was the left one. Please return asap as I've got one heck of a blister.

Maybe, just maybe, it got airborne on the highway and has yet to land? Oh no, it'll be that "Balloon Boy" thing all over again on CNN.

This is too funny, Was it on HWY 61 between Jackson & Vally Park? if so, the boat got hammered by an 18 wheeler and the decoys are part of a spread in Tunica, As far as the blind bag, the Kents didn't pattern to well out of my Beretta but I mananged to scratch a limit out, and your choice of snack food sucks.... But next time pack some TP.... No real duck hunter would go into the field without it. 8) Again thanks for the dekes and bag.

Whew I about pizzed on myself reading this. Did you go back and look for the boat the day you lost it? Or did you just now realize you forgot to do that also? Man I think you need to wear a sign.

i sure hope no one was sitting in those seats when that boat fell off. Talk about skiing down the highway.

It was commandeered by the Morgan City Navy.

The Admiral authorized me to make a deal however. You can buy the boat back fir five hundred dolla. So your saving 300 right.

I thought it was a good deal

I can hear it now.
Bubba - Hey Payne did you put that boat on the trailer this morning.
Payne- I think so Bubba, What could have happened to it?
Bubba - I dont know Payne - You think it could have fell off on the road?
Payne - I wouldnt think so Bubba we put the decoys on it to weight it down.
Bubba - Thats right Payne - that was smart thinking on your part.
Payne - I know Bubba - maybe somebody got it off back at the store.
Bubba - they may have cause I dont remember seeing it on the trailer. Do you Payne?
Payne - No Bubba I put those snacks that I bought in my blind bag that was in the boat but
I dont remember seeing the boat.
Bubba - What kind of snacks did you get Payne?
Payne - Some beef jerky and pickled eggs.
Bubba - Can I have one of your pickled eggs Payne?
Payne - Bubba they were in my blind bag in the boat.
Bubba - Dam Payne what should we do?
Payne - Well where here so we might as well hunt.
Bubba - Thats good thinking Payne.
Payne - I know Bubba. We can always look for the boat, blind bag, and decoys before season starts next
Year.
Bubba - Your so smart.
Payne - I know Bubba.

And now here we are November 10th 2009 and Payne and Bubba have decided to look for the boat.

"So", Payne says, "Bubba, you thinking that blind bag may have blown-out of the boat along the highway?" Bubba say, "Yep, that's a where I am a thinking it is." Payne says, "Aiight, we'll just put her in reverse and back down the highway in the same tracks and look fer it." Payne then says, "Bubba, what color is your bag?" Bubby replies, "Well it's camo colored" and Payne says, "Well dang Bubba - we'll never find it. You want a Pickled Egg?"
