I understand completely why he was banned from the site, but he did add a bit of flair to it. The bad part is that he did have a lot to offer when it comes to hunting or just about the outdoors in general. My favorite posts of his were the ones where he would ask some off the wall question like "What is natures security alarm?" or "What main characteristics to all predators have?". The answers were usually simple, and when someone finally got it you would be like "yea, i should have known that".

Having someone around just because you like to watch the "train wreck" is not healthy entertainment. It's like watching the Jerry Springer show. This isn't the Jerry Springer show, and it definitely isn't the Benny Marascalco show.

Threatening bodily harm to a moderator, administrator, or a member of the site is pretty high on my list of inexcusable behaviors. There are other items that I will keep to myself due to the personal nature of the events, but I can assure you that Benny's words and actions were sufficient to warrant his exclusion from participation on this site.

The moderators and administration of this site deal with allot of different issues that the general membership is not privy to. We do this in the best interests of the community, not any one individual. Sometimes, mistakes are made, and we are open to admitting those mistakes and righting the wrong if possible. In this particular situation, I am 100% sure that we didn't make a mistake.

I don't expect everyone to agree with me on this because everyone doesn't have all of the facts. What I do expect is for you to respect my position on this. I have invested many dollars and much time in this site over the past 10 years. Many moderators and members have invested just as much if not more of their own time and resources in making this place a success.

Benny admitted to me last year that it was all just an act. Just an internet presonna to make himself larger that life. He is a little crazy but so are most of us. He is a nice guy in person, more or less! He does like to curse alot.

He is a nice guy and his knowledge on the outdoors in general is awsome. But what he did and what he said was uncalled for. I like him and talk to him on the other sites from time to time, but i do not agree with what he did, the Admn & Mods did what they had to do and did it in the best interest of this community.

Are ya'll talking about Benny "the beaver man"? I wasn't here for all that dialog in the past but I think I know him!! Is this the same guy that did a lot of beaver trapping in Humprey's county over east of Gunn Bayou above Sunflower River? IF this is they same guy,I have had multiple encounters with him. He is wild to say the least!!!!!!!
