Teal on MS RIVER

Postby Faithful Retrievers » Fri Sep 19, 2008 3:10 pm

Just curious have anyone ever had any luck with teal in the willows or on the river? Not in any particular area and I am not near anyones boat ramp, but in general do you see many teal on the river? I haev hunted the river a good bit and can rarely remember seeing many teal. Just looking for an excuse to go!

I have never hunted them on the MS (if thats what you are refering to), but hear they are okay on Eagle Lake. Not far from the river!

MS stands for Mississippi there Aubrey!

I just noticed with the rise that it was getting into some of the willows. Guess there is only one way to find out.
Just getting an itch to get out there. Been catching some good cats until this rise.

If you are going to kill teal you have to find the most snake infested waters. Thats why Torch don't teal hunt.
