Update
Well, decided last Tuesday was gonna lose some weight. Been working out and really cut back my calorie intake. Have lost 7.5lbs since last Wednesday. Pretty happy and motivated to keep it up.

Good job.. I usually loose about 3-4 over the course of the week and put it right back on over the weekend..
Been trying to work out a little bit.. But those 3 beers and calzone last night at MM didn't help...

Remember that you need to eat in order to loose weight. If your starving yourself and eating one big meal, your doing more harm than good. When y ou do eat that one big meal, your body is storing that as fat to save up for when your not eating. Traing your body with multiple small meals and working out and you will shed the pounds.

Eating three a day and tryin to eat some walnuts or almonds in the afternoon every day. Have just cut my portion size 70%

Right...you definately cant starve yourself to lose weight. Sounds like your on the right track.
