high water

Headed down to Delacriox for some teal huntin. For you boys who have never hunted the coastal brackish marsh, imagine thousands of acres of shallow water chocked full with submergent vegetation so thick its hard to pushpole a pirogue thru. Teal ducks love this stuff.

Well, I here there is water all over the marsh right now from the tropical storm...coastal flood watch in effect. The teal are there...need to find the shallows.

BIll,
Let me know how you do, the water is major high right now. Spread all of my teal out in my ponds. I am gonna have to work tomorrow and miss the opener, but am gonna give it a go Wed-Fri, when hopefully the water won't be so high. Good luck, Jeff
