Property lines can be any color the land owner/timber company chooses. Ex: ATCO uses dark blue, GP uses yellow etc. etc. If there are two paint colors on a boundary line it just means each landowner has their own color on it to observe the boundary.
Tree marking for timber cutting may be several different colors also but light blue is primarily used. There will be a mark on the tree usually around 5' high and another on the bottom of the stump.
