It looks really good!! I especially like the clip about the 3 steps a person goes through while learning/training.......

The new trainer who sucks in all the knowledge he can.

The know it all trainer who has had some success and now has a closed mind to new ideas and learning.

And then the trainer who realizes he doesn't actually know it all, and once again becomes receptive to learning, and finally admits that he does not in fact know it all.
