I'll make this short. I was running trot lines on the Ms. River. I caught about a 10 lb bluecat and tossed on the floor of my boat. When I was walking up to the front of the boat to catch the next line, I tripped over my anchor and fell on my knees. My left knee landed right on the top barb of the catfish which slid right under my kneecap and in to the joint space. I almost passed out right there. By far the most painful thing I have ever experienced. Worse than my kidney stoes.
Talk about good luck!

I made it. Of course it wasn't as simple as the 15 min procedure the doc explained. I was in there an hour and a half. This was the third surgery on this knee and definetly the most painful, and the doc was stingy with the pain pills. If I'm gonna hurt at least let me enjoy myself.
