Big snows now--big water later??
You've seen the pictures and heard the stories. 10+ feet of snow in MANY places up North, and more snows coming soon across the Ohio valley this week. Some say this is the most snow they've seen since the '50's.
Is this setting us up for a major floods this Spring?
I would like to hear from some "experts" on this (Corps of Engineers, etc.)

The Missouri is the other main tributary. The Ohio is the most significant for us in the lower Mississippi. Here is a link to the national snow cover page that I attempted to post above (but failed).
