Fellows, i found some thing new and different and was great tasting... KC MASTERPIECE, HONEY AND TERIAKI.... tried it on a few mallard breast and some yard bird and it was great... the wife and girls went back for more...{that is a hard taste test} on the grill with a few veggies with new taters and garlic bread.. the wife said they also had a few other varieties, lemon, garlic. etc. with honey... really good give it a try.....

A little different twist to try, using the honey teriaki, would be to first marinate the duck breasts (cut into shishkabob size pieces) in jalapeno pepper juice (just dump a whole jar, peppers and juice)for several hours, then grill, basting with the honey teriaki. Kind of a sweet and sour taste. Very good. On shishkabobs, with veggies, makes a complete meal.

I never tried the pepper juice but i will tomorrow. I put mine in some water with a bunch of ice and Caynne pepper. The cold water makes em pull the pepper in,I also do this when I fry em.
