Toney's Restaurant on Mission 66. Great steaks and seafood. Not as fancy as Nick's, etc., but good folks and service.

Beechwood is still a great steak place.

Also Cedar Grove Resturant off Washington Street is a wonderful anniverasry place. Steak or whatever you want. Connected with the Cedar Grove Anibellum (sp) home.

This is 'no spell monday'....

I am from V'burg. Rusty's is my favorite, hands down -- downtown, just north of Horizon Casino. They have seafood and steaks.

Toney's or Rusty's would be my choice. They are both fine food.

well we ended up going to cedar grove. its was very good. steak was average. not a ticos but very good. the best food of the night was the jalopena (sp) stuffed with cream cheese, duck and rapped in bacon. thanks for the recommendation.

Glad you enjoyed it. The atmosphere is super...if it's the same as I remember from years back. Candles, low lite, bla bla bla.

I had forgotten about the stuffed jalipinees. They are what keeps FOLKS coming back and the women smiling...along w/ the gay waiters

And don't listen to what MSlittlebigdog12345678 says. If he is suggesting that you eat tuna then you know where his mind is!
