Been marinating 3 teal in orange juice, soy sauce, and La. hot sauce for about 6hrs. Just threw them on the grill, and they are sure lookin good. Will give a report later.

Just put the breast and leg piece on a stick and grill over a real wood fire and you will never go wrong. No disrespect, but I want my duck to taste like duck, not soy or juice, etc.
