Are you familiar with macros? What version of Office are you using? Might can help you out.

somewhat with macros.

Follow these steps and assign it a keyboard shortcut such as Q or something. After you start recording just click the fill button and stop the macro recording. Then simply select the cell and use CTRL+Q or whatever letter you assigned.
