Anyone have a problem with...

Gastritis with their dogs? The vet said that is what my weim has, she is not eating, throwing up, and I can tell she just doesn't feel good. She was in the vet last week and they gave me some meds and pumped her with some liguids because she was dehydrated. She felt better and was eating only the vet dietary special soft food. Went dove hunting on Saturday with her and she did great but now she is back to not eating and feeling bad. Didn't think it was supose to last this long, anyone have a similar occurance?
