Hunting Land

What is a small 100-200 acre tract of hunting land with a little water and some woods going for in Sharkey/Washington/Issaquena county?

Just average per acre?
Did I kill that duck?...well yeah.

To be honest, whatever someone is willing to pay. The right recreational land in the delta is worth more than 3 bales to the acre cotton land.
