Looks like we got some takers/Challenge??????

200 looking for 175- been training for triathlons all summer have one this saturday. Beginning of summer I was 225 so I am half way there. Oh and I cut the size of mt meals. Example instead of eating 2 hamburgers or 3 pork chops I now only eat one. I basically quit drinking alcohol and soft drinks. Man if I need a kick of energy I can grab a Mountain Dew and it is like an energy drink now.

Started up my plan this week. I only need to lose a few pounds, about 10, but I need to be in better shape. Walking in waders caked with mud last year about did me in. So started running at least once a day Monday and starting weaning myself off soft drinks. Running the streets in my subdivision that have many gradual inclines but they're getting easier. Plan to keep playing tennis at least twice a week as well.
I tell you what just running in the morning will make your day so much better. I don't get sleepy after I eat and feel all around better. Hopefully the lack of soft drinks will help too.
