They do crap like that alot, thats why I dont like dealing with them but they are alot cheaper than Philidelphia Pawn and Gun

That is the way it is these days. Customer service is not even on the radar screen for retailers. I don't no why. I thought business was bad and it was hard to make it with retail/small business. You'd think these type stores would try to act like they care.

If you can't tell, this same thing happened to me at the WP store last year. I asked big boy in there to order a gun. He said it'll be here on friday. I go in on friday and he says it's not in..."I may have forgot to order that gun".

Guys, go to the stores to handle/fondle and find the gun you like, then leave. Find a local 01 ffl dealer, tell him to order the gun you want, pay him $15-25 over his cost, problem solved, money saved, hassles avoided :D
you did put in the plug, right?
