My wife bought me the new camo O/U red label last October and the first day I shot it the second barrel wouldn't go off. Sent it back to Ruger in February and they said the gun would have to be scrapped as it was not repairable. Not to worry though, they would send me a brand new one. I have called every month since June only to be told it's in the works. I finally got fed up today and tracked down the President and CEO's phone number. Got his secretary who transferred me to a VP in charge of this area. She promised me she'd call me back by the end of the day with an answer. NOT.
Love the gun, hate the service. This will be the last Ruger I ever own and would sell it but for my wife buying it for me.
