Now Chuckles, they are good questions. I am guessing his tongue in cheek point was to illustrate to people who have not jumped into a new lease what kind of issues they should be looking at. They are all good things to consider. No need for panty wadding.

Is it me, or is everybody getting a little antsy?

guys if anybody has any questions and you are actually INTERESTED in joining a club please dont hesitate to pm, call or email me. all of these questions that have been raised can be answered. i plan to have a saturday where everyone who is interested can meet me at the lease and look at the land and i will stand there all day if need be and answer your questions.
