Accident

Heard from a buddy that the construction company I used to work for out in Georgia had a bad accident on the job the other day. From the sounds of it, the Geotechnical Engineer was out doing some soils testing on a jobsite, and got ran over by a sheeps-foot vibratory roller compactor. Talk about something tough to stomach. From what I could gather, it sounds like the engineer was out on the jobsite way away from his vehicle, and the guy running the roller had no idea he was around and backed over him somehow/someway.

This just happened a few days ago... Crow, have u heard anything about this yet???? Just wondering.

I'm gonna try to post a picture of the machine in case you guys don't know what I'm talking about.

DAMN... that's a bad way to go. I hate to hear that. Did the guy make it?
