The truth:

This is a huge buck from around El Paso. Ryan knows the guy that shot it and him and his uncle helped him take pics and store it. It is absolutely huge. He had seen it Oct. 1, 2 , and shot it on the 3. It was around the Mackinaw River and he had been seeing it in a bean field. He shot it at 23 yards and double lunged it. it went 60 yards. They say it may score around 230 P&Y but they are not sure. It is a 28 pointer. Easy one of the biggest bucks i have ever seen. The buck was in the field about 150 yardsout. then two smaller 2 1/2 year old bucks came into the field and started to
spar a little, just clicking there antlers together. The guy pulled out his SNORT WEEZE call and turned around and hit it. the buck looked up and came running right to him.

He almost got busted trying to adjust his camera so he could get it on film. he was moving it when the buck was 50 yards out the buck stopped looked right at him gave him the head fake and stomped twice then put his head down and came right to him.. it is a huge deer. check out all the pics so you can see every point and drop tine. It is HUGE!!

no way that deer is from TX...I call BS. That's not a Texas tag, I have one in my wallet..looks nothing like that. That deer's body has way too much mass to be from out there.

I received an email that said it was from Holmes county. That was BS too.

" This huge buck from N. CentralMissisippi in Holmes county.
Hunter had seen it Nov. 18,& 19 , and shot it on the 20th. It
was hanging out in a bean field. The deer went
60 yards. They say it may score around 230 P&Y but they are
not sure. It is a 28 pointer.
Easy one of the biggest bucks I have ever seen. The buck was
in the field about 150 yards out."

It would be nice to know where this deer came from. My guess is Kansas or Iowa.
run me out in the cold rain and snow

It's better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.
