What about an out of stater under the age of 16? My son will be 13 in Oct and we hunt so close to Miss (can't tell the state lines on the river/slews we hunt) that I will be buying an annual small game license (MS non-res) and MS duck stamp for myself. Since he is not required to carry a license, will he be ok if we get checked in MS?
