Anybody got the latest on this scandal. It is like there was a lot of buz around it and then it all of a sudden just stopped.

They subpoenaed Phil and he screamed "Executive Privilege". Problem is that Mississippi doesn't have that for our governors. And the argument he is using to justify it is the same one Nixon's lawyers used in Watergate. That didn't work out so well.
