In the most recent years past, did mike Vick still have a booth at the extravaganza?

Dan, You may or may not can answer this, and its really irrelevant, but with a high river at Vicksburg, say 52-3 feet, has anyone done a study on where the water would cover if there were no backwater levees? I'm just curious. I'm not saying they don't serve their purpose because 95% of the time, they have. I would just be curious.

If you have good elevation data, you can compare it to Vburg stage plus 46.2 feet — I think.

Normally I'm against whatever the Corps is "for", after permanently destroying the entire Obion river bottoms (only stopping after being sued by a group of Nashville duck hunting attorneys) and destroying about two miles of the Cache above Clarendon, before stopping, those two being one of many unforgivable sins, I'm not a fan.

However, the pumps make sense.

I have missed the last several Extravaganza's and was looking forward to this one. I'm still planning on attending and I'll give the report back here. I guess the Darden gal will be there now? Hawking to a slim crowd? I dunno, can't keep up with the latest. Since I'll be in the neighborhood maybe BassPro will have sale and I can cruise over there and get some Yeti underwear. Go ahead and flame me ifyaonto.

Rode by there at 930 this morning. Definitely not the traffic jam I remember from years gone by at opening time.

Also, this is somewhat visible from boots and more across the street from the exit.

Delbert must not mind the controversy. His name was parked in the front parking lot.

To put the crowd level in perspective. Parking had just begun to spill over into the lot across from the main trade mart entrance. No more than 50 cars there.

Based on the news reports I saw, the boycott was successful! The placed looked like a ghost town.
I hate it for the venders that count on events like this, but I hope it made a statement to MWF!

Andy - I posted a duplicate to see if I could delete & it worked for me (the second time). Seems to be hit or miss. I doubt the new regime spends much time on this old school message board stuff. They trying to lure you to the dark side....the phase book!
