This guy told me that medical marijuana would decrease opioid use. And this isn’t a dopey, run of the mill politician. Very successful guy.

I don’t know why. I suspect at that point it’s too late.

I don’t use weed now and I hope to never be in a situation where I am being prescribed oxi contin.

The thing about weed. It has been found to be less toxic to the body and less addictive than alcohol. Most adults that use it, use it responsibly in the same way that many adults use alcohol responsibly.

Sure there are people who will abuse it just like alcohol. I think that depends on your upbringing. I can think of teenagers I went to high school with that were daily users of pot or other drugs that grew into people who have now serious addiction problems. Not all did, some turned out just fine.

My point It’s a proven fact that the younger in life a person a person begins becoming intoxicated on a regular basis, the more likely they are become an addict.

By my way of thinking a pill/heroin addict might not be an addict at all if there was legal medical or recreational marijuana available when that person first developed problems with chronic pain.

I don’t know this for fact but I’m thinking that marijuana is only effective up to a certain threshold of pain?

Cannabis, alcohol, and opioids. One of these was present on the third day of The Creation. Man created the other two. Logic will hopefully prevail sooner than later.

I agree with you that an employer should be able to know if their employees are currently under the influence. Same as law-enforcement for DUI.

Hopefully they’ll be able to develop some way of testing active intoxication level versus what is stored in fat cells for weeks after usage.

It’s big industry that’s poised to fly to the moon and I suspect there are companies trying to develop such a test as we speak.

If they legalize marijuana, will I be able to grow sunn hemp legally in my food plots, or will it still be considered a noxious weed?

I wonder if there is enough demand for hemp fiber products that would prompt any farmers to convert acreage to hemp?

Wonder how hard it is to grow for industrial cultivation?

I’ve got no clue. But I bet it would make a great dove field with all the seeds?

there’s no infrastructure for it, in-state, yet. (Marcus) Dupree Industries has got the seed side covered, though!

Looking for 2 duck calls from Dominic Serio of Greenwood (ones for Novacaine)
