Rocky, I’m really enjoying these. Small constructive criticism, if I may — something seems off with the recording volume. Your guests are normally ok, but when you or one of the cohosts speaks up, the volume is extremely loud. Is that an issue on my end?

I think it is because the host being recorded in digital and guest being recorded over a phone line with no mic.

I know less than nothing about recording podcasts, but could you maybe use one of the free tools talked about in this article to remedy things. Mr Pitt nearly blew out a speaker today on my drive home.

Rocky, I listen to a lot of the podcasts while flying. Stang is right. Some guests I can barely hear, then your volume is too loud. The best one sound-wise was you and Rod Haydel, if that helps.
