Farm Land Leasing

What is the average rate that land owners can get per acre for row crop? This particular tract is between Benton and Bentonia. Good soil but no irrigation access. Trying to get ball park. I know what I get in Covington county but unfamiliar in this area.

500-600 for corn. I'm about 4 hours north of you.

I have no first hand info, or even second or third hand, but this site has some listings that suggest cash rent in the $200s per acre.

That area I would say $65 - $125 depending on size, fertility, past management, drainage, etc.

I pay $100/acre for dry land cotton ground in the hills

Folks down the road rent out river bottom dry land bean ground for $65 an acre
