Old School To The Bone

I guess when you get older, watching things change annoys you most because you see how each new innovation that comes along makes things easier, but the quality goes down. I think every generation that I have been alive to talk to says the same thing. There is a catch 22 that happens when you get older, you want to be that kid who was on top of every new everything, but you also refuse to let go of what you know was better.
Some people call this a conservative mindset, but it really isn't.
You are not conservative, just because you can tell the difference between quality and less, and choose quality.
This is three wheat bread, I made some burger buns because I'm ready to make one, this bread makes that garbage on the shelves taste like exactly what it is. People today just don't know the difference.
If you want it, you gotta earn it. I love old school, it keeps me happy.
