I love some stuffed flounder. Not partial to whole fish being cooked.

I got into making bread not long ago, pretty interesting because it is so diverse.
Making Crawfish bread with live bugs and fresh French Bread is hard to beat...

Making hamburger buns big enough to handle a 1/2 pound slab is pretty awesome too.
