Dang he dug himself a deep hole. Guaranteed 12-13% return should have been their first clue. Obviously the funds ran out and he quit paying people.

Stole millions of dollars from investors and gets a $25000 bond. Seems fair

I wondered if I knew anybody that had gotten or at least heard the spiel. I know one of those named in the comments as a secondary promoter (that wasn't aware it was a scheme). used to be in town, but now down in h'burg.
