You can download elevation data for an area of interest here: https://www.coast.noaa.gov/dataviewer/#/ .

It downloads as a TIFF file, so you will need some type of software program where you can open it and select a certain point to see the value. We use ArcMap but there are several free programs out there. If its in the Delta pm me coordinates and I can get you an elevation pretty quick.

http://www.maris.state.ms.us/
You can download alot of data from here, but Like Dan said, you have to have some sort of program for viewing the data, I use ArcMap as well.

Or you can go to MDEQ website............https://geology.deq.ms.gov/floodmaps/
in the top left corner click on MS-NFHL (Mississippi National Flood Hazard Layer)
then click Launch Map Viewer

you can zoom into areas or exact addresses...........with the tool menu on the right you can click on any point
and get the lidar generated ground elevation...........this is the same data that DanP and others mentioned but access without an ArcGis license.
