Rough cut lumber south MS

Anybody know where I could get some rough cut lumber or reclaimed cypress or something like that. Just needing one board/slab about 5 foot or so long.

I’d recommend looking on Craigslist. There’s a shop down the road from us that sells antiquey type stuff. It’s also the headquarters for a contractor that specializes in a lot of trendy reclaimed finishes. I’m ashamed to say what I’ve paid them for some reclaimed cypress 1x4s and some old pine siding for our kitchen.

Yeah Tim the wife has a project for the bedroom wall. She just informed me she plans on painting it so any high end cedar or cypress is out of the question now. I think I found a guy in Lucedale that has what I need.

There is a guy north west of poplarville that does custom cypress saw milling. Don't know if it is any closer for you.

There is a saw mill in Ovett, MS that you should find what you need. He is on Facebook and has pictures of painted lumber slabs
