Ask DS: Wireless Service Provider

Postby NyssaAquatica » Mon Dec 11, 2017 9:52 pm

My contract with AT&T is ending on the 31st and I'm considering switching. My AT&T coverage is terrible/non-existent in Money, but my friend with C Spire gets a good signal. However, my job takes me all over the country, so I need nationwide coverage. Have y'all had good experiences with C Spire? Or do you suggest a different provider? All suggestions are welcome.

If you want the best coverage get Verizon. I have Verizon for my personal phone and AT&T for work. I travel a good bit for work also. Hands down Verizon wins. You pay for it though. We

Do not go with CSpire if you travel a lot.

I have been on seas buyer for 14 years now and don’t miss AT&T one bit.

C-Spire is a little weak in the Thomas town area but other than that I’ve got no dead spots that are overly burdensome to me.

Edit:

Seas buyer??

Seems like Verizon may be my best choice. Thanks for the input, y'all.

I have at&t. I can tell you the bare spots lol.

When all 3 r in the vehicle Verizon has better service 90% of the time. Granted I put miles in some off the best paths. Cspire isn't bad but of the two (at&t) service seems to lend a high hand to att. I'd go with Verizon in my neck of the woods and where I travel. Depends on where you need service though
If I don't do it, I ain't gettin nun.......So i'm doing it

as stated before..if you are traveling out of the state, with an regularity, Verizon will be your best choice. seems like now-a-days c spire stops at the state line, data wise.

It specifically matters where you live and where you travel a lot. I have two phones, same models, with one being AT&T and one being CSpire. The guy with me right now hunting has the exact same thing, 2 phones with 1 with each carrier. We both say At&t is 10x better and faster than CSpire. The only thing is in some rural areas CSpire has a tower and works but At&T doesn't. in others it's vice versa. BUT, when I'm traveling at least once a month, AT&T works no matter where I'm at and CSpire doesn't work worth a damn outside of MS. We both have CSpire b/c we both hunt at different clubs on the MS River where only CSpire works. Everything else we both do, we use AT&T. Verizon doesn't work at all where I live and work.
