land

Postby TK » Mon Oct 09, 2017 8:48 am

There are not a lot of views going on in the land section so I will post here. I'm looking for an acre of land in southern Quitman county or northern Tallahatchie county to build a camp on. The land I own is 1/4 mile west of the Tallahatchie river on the Tallahatchie/Quitman county line. I would like something within 10 miles of there. If any one knows someone that might break of some land I would appreciate the help. My cell is six six two two one zero two one zero four.

There is a guy trying to sell a lot in between crowder and lambert. It’s on west side of cold water on a little road that the boat ramp to the cold water is on. If that’s not to Far I’ll get you his number

Sorry I have been in CO elk hunting and just saw this. Anywhere between Crowder and Lambert would probably work. If you could get me his information I would really appreciate it.

think he wants 15k for 3 or 4 acres and power, water, septic system already in place. Not a bad deal.

I have a 12 acre pecan orchard, 50 trees plus, located on Hwy. 35 at the Panola\Tally line. It is on the hill side of 35 just before Hwy. 322 intersection. Beautiful home or cabin site. $60,000 and will not divide if anyone is interested.

It is in Tallahatchie. Right before Bethel road on hillside. Henson Lane is on the Delta side just passed it. There is a driveway with a brick house on the north side of it. The house is not on the land but the driveway belongs to me, no easement. You can see my shop and grain storage on Henson lane from the property.

Closed yesterday. Hope to have new trailer in by mid December. Do you think I will have a problem with theft in that area?

Yes you will but if you lock it and take necessary precautions you should be fine its off the highway. if you make the circle from you on the highway side there is a old retired game warden Billy Pinkston he is a good man go meet him and ask him to keep a watch on your place.

Few young crack heads working Crowder area pretty good right now and they wont live far from you.
