Little help please.. how far do

U have to be from a church to hunt.
Also any rules about hunting next to a
House . The house is in the county . The neighborhood is plotted/plat??

You can't hunt within a quarter mile of a church on Sunday while church services are being held.
As far as I know, the only restrictions dealing with hunting in proximity to a house are local ordinances.

Generally, counties (and cities that annexed new property after 1981) cannot have ordinances that allow for shorter distances than: (1) use a shotgun or bow on at least 10 acres and not within 150 feet of another’s house and in a manner not reasonably expected to shoot onto another’s property; or (2) use a rifle, pistol or muzzleloader on at least 50 acres and not within 300 feet of another’s house and in a manner not reasonably expected to shoot onto another’s property. [If you are in any “old city limits” it’s up to ordinances, but probably cannot hunt it.]
