BPS gun part help

Postby pondman » Fri Jul 07, 2017 4:37 pm

I need a forend and action arm assembly for a BPS. I can find the forend but I cannot find the action arm. The action arm assembly is the part with the two rails that slide down into the action of the gun. The AA has been silver sautered (sp??) together once but it only last a season or two. I need the part but cannot find it anywhere.

Any help?

Google:
Art's Gun Shop
Hillsboro, MO

Art, Brad, or Nick Isaacson can help you with that.

I assume you've looked at these places?
Brownells
MidWay USA
Midwest Gunworks
Cheaper Than Dirt

Also look at Ebay, Guns America, and Gun Broker. They all have parts as well.

I had to replace one several years ago, and was able to order it straight from Browning. This was before everything you needed was on the Internet, and i mailed in the order from their parts catalog. Have you checked with them yet?

Ps. Some solvent cleaner and a 10 gauge wire brush on the end of a cordless drill will clean that chamber our really good. :D

For sure don't call Browning. I sent my BPS back for Duratouch problems in August of last year and called to check yesterday and they can't even give me a time it will be fixed. Hell they could have made another Shotgun by now. I don't understand it
