Looking to make duck blind trade

I have property in SELA in Reggio, Delacroix and Hopedale. I hunt the MS Delta in January on public land. I'd like to find a back up plan, a timber slough spot that I could hunt on private property.
If you have property in this area, I know the hunting is best late season. On my property, hunting is good early season. Fishing is killer in the fall too. I used to guide fishing and duck hunting over here for 25 years. I'll show you around and get you started. I have access to several thousand marsh acres.
Not looking for a cash deal. I have everything leased already. This will be on my personal spots. Let's make a trade.
