Anyone had a house exterior refreshed and painted?

I need to get the exterior of my house repainted (eaves and trim-brick house) but also need to get some rotten wood replaced in a few areas. It's a 2 story house so painting myself isn't an option although most of wood damage that I'm aware of is on the lower level. House is 12 years old...nothing done previously.
Any idea on what that would cost on a 2400 sq foot house with a few areas needing a few feet of wood replaced? Ballpark? Had it done or any advice? Input appreciated.
